All purchases shall be post out to customers on the next working day or stated otherwise (for pre order items or at the request of the customer).
Tracking number for the parcels will be made available as as soon as our courier partners have picked up the parcels. The tracking number will be given thru SMS (Malaysian Mobile number only) & Email that has been provided by the customer.
Courier partners chosen by Nyleascarf are at its discretion. Any request for other couriers will not be entertained.
All taxes, duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Nyleascarf has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity,
Should the parcel be returned back to us due to uncollected parcel after couriers attempt of delivery, the charges to resend the parcels is to be borne by the customers.
Nyleascarf shall not be responsible for missing or damages to the parcel during delivery.
